Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, personalised items are non-refundable, unless we have made an error with your order or the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping costs. The refund could take a few days to show.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
